Fort Sam Houston, TX - In Processing

If reporting for in-processing at Fort Sam Houston, check in at Building 367 at 1704 Stanley Road. The office is open Monday through Friday from 0715-1600, but in-processing is done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. The other days are reserved for out-processing. In order to complete in-processing at Fort Sam Houston, soldiers must bring the DA 31 form, the Unit Clearance Documents, and five copies of orders. Soldiers will also be sent to the finance office, so bring any copies of financial paperwork and will also be checking in at the housing office located in the same building.
